We help with staff training or implement systems for EHO visit to ensure  sites retain/achieve 5 star hygiene rating. We have also carried out unannounced audits for a major retail hospitality chain to ensure franchises stores always maintain standards .

For certification bodies we carry out 2nd and 3rd party audits. Currently we are working with number of certification bodies to help them audit against BRCGS, Organic, AOECS and other schemes
